The challenge
A manufacturer of aluminum windows and doors needed precise glass dimensions for openings with complex shapes. These details could not be reliably specified from standard rectangular dimensions alone.
SpotOn’s approach
SpotOn used the Leica DISTO S910 to survey the relevant geometry using point-to-point measurement directly at the site.
What we delivered
The resulting measured dimensions were provided to support the manufacturer’s custom glass ordering and preparation.

A dependable measurement of irregular openings helps the manufacturer proceed with clearer fabrication information and less reliance on approximate templates.
